¡Hola!

My name is Mrs. Diaz, and I am one of the Spanish 1 teachers at Willow Wood Junior High. I am so excited for the new school year and can't wait to meet all of my new students!

About me: This will be my fifth year at Willow Wood and love being a part of this great school. I graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor's degree in Spanish and an English minor. In May, 2018, I received a Master of Education in Administration degree from Sam Houston State University.  I am a native Houstonian, but after living in Tomball for many years, I have come to love this close knit community we live in. My husband and I are the proud parents of 5 children (3 girls and 2 boys). The oldest two are graduates of Tomball High School, with the oldest also being a TCU graduate and the second still attending college. My third daughter just graduated from Tomball Memorial this past year and is a freshman in college. The last two boys are Tomball Memorial High School students.  My favorite pastimes are reading, traveling, and spending time with my family.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. My conference period is 1st per. (7:40-8:27 am). You may email me at cynthiadiaz@tomballisd.net or call me at 281-357-3030, ext. 1262.
