Tutorials are held: Tuesday afternoons from 3 - 4 pm: a late bus is provided for students. If a student requires additional assistance on other days of the week, tutoring appointments can be scheduled for after school, but a parent or guardian must be able to pick up the student by 3:30 pm.
Students will be given the opportunity to master the curriculum and to improve one major grade per grading period according to the following guidelines:
Each nine weeks, students will be given a grade recovery opportunity. This will be a cumulative nine weeks assessment, given at the end of the nine weeks. The grade earned on the grade recovery will replace a major grade, up to a 70. Students must request a time to complete the grade recovery assessment with their teacher. Test will be given the last week in each 9 week grading period. Please view these deadlines on the District Calendar. Thank you.
